The JLC3015MS series is a model of most popular fiber laser cutting machine at present, its excellent performance can be match with most type of work, compare with the basic model laser cutting machine it have many improved whatever on mechanical structure / accuracy / motion speed etc. like the motion and driving system, this model’s driving system adopt higher power servo motor with rack and pinion structure, machine frame also adopt more stronger type, it let this model can bear higher acceleration, in assembling also we use higher standard, assembling tolerance within +-0.04mm, the strick assembling requirement is fundamentally ensured this model's highest accuracy and best stability, it widely application on the industries such as:cabinet of electric appliance / elevator / lighting manufacturing / furniture manufacturing etc., this model adopt integration structure, don't have import cables expose out machine, it can aviod many problems like as connection problem due to shiftting, worker tread, mice cut etc.
Base Structure The Most important part of the machine is the support structure/base which it sits. The whole machine's performance and life depends on this so we design the structure very carefully by giving extra grids for a very heavy base. This helps achieve maximum acceleration and high speed with causing any vibration leading to improved accuracy.
